Tender Description
Tenders are invited for Installation and Maintenance of Signposting for whole of NSW.
This is a State funded project. This is a quality assurance project.
All Tenderers must comply with the NSW Government Code of Practice for Procurement.
This is a Work-as-Ordered Panel Contract based on Schedule of Rates.
Please note that documents will be supplied in electronic format for download.
A Pre-tender meeting has been scheduled for 11 am, 27/09/2016 at the RMS Yennora Depot, 129A Orchardleigh St, Yennora to offer an opportunity for the tenderers to seek clarification, if any, on the tender documents.
Attendance to pre tender meeting is NOT mandatory to submit a conforming tender. Tenderers shall confirm their attendance at the pre-tender meeting by 21st September 2016 to the email address nalini.chand@rms.nsw.gov.au with subject heading stating “Pre-Tender Attendance for 16.0000302746.1706 Installation and Maintenance of Signposting, State wide”
Tenderers shall submit their tenders to E-tender. Priced and Non-priced tender components shall be submitted separately. Pricing Schedules must be submitted in excel and signed pdf formats.
