Plumbing & Gas Maintenance Services

⁠⁠⁠The Scope of Works includes:
a) Part A General Plumbing Work works associated with general plumbing repairs and installations such as leaking taps, drink fountains, outdoor showers, pipes, toilet cisterns, blockages etc. to various buildings and infrastructure.
b) Part B General Gas Work works associated with general gas repairs and installation of gas or electricity operated appliances such as Gas Hot water units, gas services/ supplies, LPG and natural gas barbecues, boilers etc. to various buildings and infrastructure.
c) Part C General Roof Plumbing Work works associated with general roof repairs and replacement roof cladding, guttering, downpipes, flashings etc.
Exclusions from the Contract:
a) Servicing of bores and reticulation;
b) Budgeted Capital Works adopted by Council in excess of $10,000 where a 'project number has been allocated'. Quotations will be sought for these projects.
c) Where a budgeted project requires more than the services covered in the Scope of the Tender (e.g. construction of a SES Headquarters).
d) The City does not guarantee the number buildings in Appendix B will be included in the Contract. The City reserves the right to remove a building(s) in the event that an overall maintenance solution is preferred by the City.
