* Bellingen Shire Council
* Coffs Harbour City Council
* Kempsey Shire Council
* Mid Coast Water
* Mid Western Regional Council
* Muswellbrook Shire Council
* Nambucca Shire Council
* Port Macquarie Hastings Council
* Singleton Council &
* Upper Hunter Shire Council on an 'as required' basis for a period of 24 months from 1 January 2017 to 31 December 2018 with provision for a 1 year option This is a Single Source tender (unless stated otherwise). Tenderers must comply with all the requirements of the specification and must satisfy Council's requested time frames.
