Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠This tender has been called to engage a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to win, crush and stockpile gravel in various gravel pits operated by Hilltops Council.

The Contract will be for an initial 9-month period, with the option of for a 12-month extension (subject to acceptable performance and agreement).

A pre-tender meeting and site inspection will be undertaken Thursday 22 September commencing 10am at Anzac Park, Bribbaree.

The Gravel Pits are:
2016-17:
* Sharrocks Pit, then
* Smiths Pit, then
* Millers Pit, then
* Boorowa Roadside Pit

2017-18:
* Perkins Pit, then
* Sharrocks Pit, then
* Smiths Pit, then
* Quamby Pit, then
* Millers Pit, then
* Boorowa Roadside Pit
