Onslow Airport Airside Lots for Lease

⁠⁠⁠The Shire of Ashburton is offering serviced (power and water) Airside Lots zoned Public Purpose (Airport) for airport uses and or services/associated uses on a ten year lease with a further five year option.

The lots are located in a prime location adjacent to the Onslow Airport Terminal and range from 704m2 to 1187m2.

The opportunity exists to support the on and offshore oil and gas activities through establishment of an air freight logistics hub or support services at the security controlled, Civil Aviation Safety Authority certified facility.

The fully serviced aviation facility with Code C apron is complimented by a new Terminal, incorporating departure and arrivals lounge, office space, baggage handling system, cafeteria with internal and external seating, check in counters, ground handling services in addition to passenger security screening facilities.
