Builders interested in tendering for construction work at St Peter’s Catholic College, Tuggerah are invited to register their interest, which should include information on their technical and financial capability to undertake the work.
The project comprises demolition of 3 existing buildings, construction of a new 3 storey library, renovation and additions to an existing building including new roofing, significant landscape works and associated infrastructure.
The tender panel will be limited and the final compensation will be at the discretion of the selection panel.
