The Shire of Murray is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake a Feasibility Study and Needs Assessment and associated investigation for the implementation of the Ravenswood Regional Sport and Recreational Facility located at Lot 334 Pinjarra Road, Ravenswood.

It is essential that quotes are prepared according to the requirements outlined in the quotation documents which may be obtained by contacting the Shire’s Executive Manager Strategic and Economic Development, Mr Brett Flugge on (08) 9531 7777.

A project overview briefing session will be held at 10:00am on Tuesday 20 September, 2016 at the Department of Sport and Recreation 246 Vincent Street, Leederville. Attendance at this session is mandatory. Please refer to the quotation documents for RSVP details.

Quotes may be lodged in person at the Shire of Murray Administration Office at 1915 Pinjarra Road, Pinjarra between 8:30am and 4:30pm Monday to Friday, submitted electronically to mailbag@murray.wa.gov.au or mailed to PO Box 21, Pinjarra, WA 6208 on or before 2:00pm Monday 10 October, 2016.

Late quotes will not be accepted. Canvassing of Councillors will automatically disqualify contractors from the quotation process.

Council reserves the right to reject any or all of the quotes submitted and the lowest quote will not necessarily be accepted.
