ESS Larrakia’s Manigurr-ma Village located at Howard Springs is a 3500 man camp providing accommodation, catering and lifestyle services to the INPEX project. Due to fluctuations in the INPEX project manning requirements the village requires flexibility with regard to labour hire to meet the requirements of residents.

ESS Larrakia seeks to use a labour hire organisation to manage peak village occupancy in the housekeeping department. The following positions may be required.
* Housekeepers
* Public Area Cleaners
* Laundry Attendants
* Motelling Cleaners

All positions are required to be work hardened with appropriate base levels of training.

The use of labour hire is ad hoc and no amount of hours or staff required can be guaranteed.
