Tender Description
Renewal SA (RSA) on behalf of the South Australian Housing Trust (SAHT) requires the services of a Panel of Valuers to provide market valuations for residential properties (vacant and tenanted), vacant land and to provide quotes on work briefs for non-standard valuations/unique jobs as required.
Valuers must have the capacity to carry out the valuations of:
* Real property (Residential and Commercial) including land;
* Miscellaneous site improvements;
* Site infrastructure;
* Building; and
* Plant and equipment.
The tender is for one Panel of Valuers - zoned into 13 contract regions. All tenderers will be required to provide a schedule of rates for requested 'standard' valuation work. For non-standard work briefs, Renewal SA will request a quotation from at least 2 panellists (the contractors in the zoned region) with the option to source additional quotes from other panellists as required.
