Tender Description

The City of Sydney invites Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced organisations for the provision of a Central Monitoring and Control System for Parks.

The tenderer will be required to supply, install and commission a central control system and associated infrastructure for the Central Monitoring and Control System for Parks in accordance with this request for tender.

The City of Sydney wishes to install a central monitoring and control system for management of irrigation, recycled water infrastructure, sport field lighting and water features in key locations within the LGA. The system will enable real time monitoring, control, and remote access of these key items as well as other assets that operate on electronic circuits. The system is envisaged as a cloud based, fully integrated system that can provide remote capabilities to control, alert and deliver reports to assist with management of water and energy consumption in parks.

The system will allow for customisation to meet the Council's business needs and will provide data to guide business decisions, ensure compliance, and easily identify performance issues and faults. Secondary to the installation and set-up of system will be commissioning and delivery of appropriate communications and hardware at nominated sites, and any additional sites under a schedule of rates for use at the City's discretion.
