Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠TF/2016/1964 - The City of Mitcham (the Council) invites tenders from Tenderers for the reconstruction of the existing kerb & water table, construction of stormwater infrastructure and footpath construction, both new and renewal in Braemar Road, Parkers Road and Kays Road, Torrens Park as detailed in the Tender Braemar 16.1964 document which includes the Specifications (the Works).

This work will be undertaken as part of the Council’s Capital Works Construction Program 2016/2017 (asset renewal).

The Works are to be priced as a lump sum contract.

Please note: ‘Where asphalt footpath is to be replaced with concrete block pavers and where new footpath is to be constructed, the existing asphalt driveways will also be constructed using concrete block pavers.'
