Tenders must be received in a sealed envelope clearly marked RFT 03/16 and placed in the tender box located at the Shire Administration Office, Corner of Irish Mulga Drive and Salmon Gums Drive, Kambalda before 4.00pm 6 October 2016, or mailed to CEO, PO Box 138, Kambalda WA 6442, clearly marked on an outer envelope Confidential - TEN 03/16. Failure to clearly mark the envelope could jeopardise the confidentiality of the tender.

The Shire of Coolgardie accepts no responsibility for submitted tenders failing to be in the tender box at the time and the date of closing. Facsimile and emailed tenders will not be considered for evaluation. Canvassing of Councillors will disqualify tender.
