Air Conditioning to Suites 15-22, Mt Panorama Pit Complex

⁠⁠⁠The Quotation shall be for design, documentation and construction of the whole of the works, unless otherwise stated in the Contract Documents, and shall include:-
1. Installation Works as outlined in F2 - Technical Specification
2. Two year Maintenance Contract as outlined in F2 - Technical Specification
3. Provide site works as specified by the Engineer if required
4. Dispose of all rubbish and debris
5. Provide plant, material and labour to construct the works as detailed in the construction drawings and specifications.
