Kingborough Sports Centre Original Courts Flooring

⁠⁠⁠Kingborough Council is seeking tenders supply and installation of timber overlay flooring in the Original Stadium at Kingborough Sports Centre, Kingston, Tasmania 7050. Work within the sports centre is required to commence in late December 2016 and be completed at the end of January 2017. The work includes removal and reinstatement of sports hardware (eg post supports) and minor infilling where the existing floor is missing or damaged.

Closing Time: 2.00 pm Friday 23rd September 2016.

A pre-tender meeting will be held at 11.00 on Tuesday 13th September 2016 at Kingborough Sports Centre, 10 Kingston View Drive, Kingston, Tasmania 7050. Additional information is provided in the tender documents.

Tender documents are only available to registered suppliers by downloading from this portal. Registration is free and can be achieved through the link at the top of this page.

Tender enquiries should be directed via the online forum (see link below). Responses to questions raised by tenderers will be posted on the forum and will be available to any person downloading tender documents.

Tenders must be submitted via the electronic tender box (see link below). Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion. If a receipt is not received it is recommended that the Tender is uploaded again. Tenders not fully uploaded to the electronic tender box by the Closing Time will not be received nor considered. Tenders will not be accepted by hand delivery, by post, by facsimile or by email. Neither the lowest nor any tender will necessarily be accepted. Council does not commit to include cleaning services and may determine the provider for these through a separate exercise.
