Albury City Council invites suitably qualified persons or corporations to submit a Tender for the provision of labour to carry out passenger and checked bag screening at Albury Airport, in accordance with the Aviation Transport Security Act 2004 and the Aviation Transport Security Regulations 2005, Albury City Council's Transport Security program, and the conditions set forth in this RFT.
