HP and LP Flare Knockout Drums (Rev 1)

⁠⁠⁠The project comprises a pipeline connecting the Amadeus Gas Pipeline (AGP) at the (existing) Warrego Compressor Station to the Carpentaria Gas Pipeline (CGP) at the (existing) Mica Creek metering facility with three (3) Main Line Valve (MLV) sites across the 622km pipeline inclusive of an intermediate scraper station.

The required facilities include a start of line Gas Treatment Facility with export compression at Warrego (Phillip Creek Compressor Station (PCCS)), and a compressor and delivery station near Mt Isa, inclusive of compression, metering, gas quality measurement, pressure regulation and filtration (Mt Isa Compressor Station (MICS)) (the Facilities). The Gas Treatment Equipment to be located PCCS includes a Mercury Removal Unit (MRU), Acid Gas Removal Unit (AGRU), Molecular Sieve Gas Dehydration Unit (GDU) and a cryogenic Nitrogen Rejection Unit (NRU). There will be four (4) turbine-driven compressor packages located at PCCS.

Jemena is seeking a Supplier who can design, fabricate and supply two (2) knockout vessels for the PCCS flare system. One vessel will require a process heating element to be included in the package design and supply.
