Queensland University of Technology (QUT) now offers an Invitation to Tender (ITT) seeking an experienced retail food and cafe operator to lease, fitout and operate space outside the library entrance of T Block, Kelvin Gove Campus.
The retail space has traded as Beadles on the Quad for in excess of ten years, with the current operator owning the business since 2012. The operator has indicated they intend to re-apply under this tender process.
