Southern Downs Regional Council and Johnstaff Projects invite appropriately qualified building contractors who can clearly demonstrate that they have the capability, capacity and commitment to submit a Tender in accordance with this Invitation for Tender.
The Stanthorpe Civic Centre was damaged by fire in March 2016 and requires reconstruction works to make good.
The project comprises the construction of a new 100 person commercial kitchen, refit of the auditorium, foyer, toilets and dining room, retaining structures and all associated infrastructure and external works with the exception of some PWD access works.
This tender will be administered in accordance with Section 228(7) of the Local Government Regulation 2012.
