Goulburn Mulwaree Council is seeking the services of a suitably experienced and qualified contractor to enter into a contract to construct a new office building as part of Council's depot consolidation project. The new office building is to be built on undeveloped site adjacent to the existing work deport at 42 Hetherington Street, Goulburn.
Any person willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a tender to the Council by the deadline, 2.00pm on Tuesday 4 October 2016.
All enquiries relating to the proposed supply contract must be directed to the nominated Contact Officer, between 8.00am and 4.30pm, Monday to Friday. Verbal enquiries must be confirmed in writing.

A mandatory Pre-Tender briefing and site inspection is scheduled for Tuesday 6th September 2016 (week 1 after tender release date).
The Pre-Tender meeting will be held at the Council Chambers, Civic Centre, 184-194 Bourke Street, Goulburn, commencing at 10:00am. The site inspection will then follow with attending respondents meeting at the proposed work site. Attendance must be confirmed with Council's Contact Officer (Clause 4) by 4.00pm Monday 5th September 2016.
Respondents must have appropriate PPE (high visible vest, boots & sun protection) for the project site visit.
Tenders will only be accepted for consideration if a representative of the Tenderer has attended the mandatory site inspection and pretender briefing and provided evidence of such attendance in its tender. Tenderers are encouraged to attend with key personnel who are nominated in the tender.
