Design and Install a Water Filtration System for The Ridge Golf Course

⁠⁠⁠Sutherland Shire Council administers an area of 370 sq km on behalf of approximately 225,000 residents and ratepayers. It is the second largest Local Government in NSW and one of the biggest in Australia in terms of the number of people it serves.

Sutherland Shire Council regularly contracts for the purchase or supply of a wide range of goods and services to pursue its commitment to efficiently deliver services with regard to the environment and to meet the needs of the community.

Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced organisation for the design and installation of a water filtration system to achieve required water quality levels from the dam located within The Ridge Complex for irrigation of The Ridge Golf Course.

A detailed project brief / specification of the extent of services required by Council is set out in Part 5 of this RFT.

The project is Stage 3 of water treatment works at The Ridge Golf Course. Stage 1 was installation of a Sodium Hypochlorite water sanitation system, Stage 2 was the installation of a new pumping system at the dam.

The timetable below provides details of key events and dates with regard to the Tender process. Dates are approximate and may vary.

* Tender Open - 30 August 2016
* Pre-tender Briefing - 9.30am on 7 September 2016
* Tender Closing - 2.00pm on 20 September 2016
* Anticipated Award - November 2016

A non mandatory site inspection and briefing session for this RFT will be held:
