Expression of Interest for the Operation and Expansion of Headspace Lismore

⁠⁠⁠The North Coast Primary Health Network (NCPHN) is one of 31 Primary Health Networks established throughout Australia in 2015. We work alongside community members and health professionals to improve access to well-coordinated quality health care. Our aim is to work together to transform the healthcare system and reduce health inequities.

NCPHN is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from suitably qualified and experienced organisations or consortiums to:
* Transition to the headspace Lismore Lead Agency; and
* Expand the operations of headspace.
