⁠⁠⁠Proponents are required to: provide a detailed description of the proposed operating system for the RFP parcel; and show adequate softwood plantation forest contracting experience, including demonstrated management capacity to coordinate work to industry standards or alternatively submit a convincing plan that outlines how the proponent intends to transition into softwood plantation forest contracting.

Proposals also need to outline how harvest operations will be able to transition from Clearfall to First thinning’s and maintain an even product flow to the end customers.
