Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠CDU is embarking on a project to install a new Cooling Tower and recover four existing Cooling Towers atop Building Blue 6 at the Casuarina Campus.

Tender T17.2016 will encompass 2 project options:

OPTION 1 - Decommission, recover, remove from site, and dispose of four existing Cooling Towers CT1, CT2, CT3, and CT4, and supply, install, and commission a new replacement Cooling Tower (CT2)

OPTION 2 - Decommission, recover, remove from site, and dispose of Cooling Tower CT2 only, and supply, install, and commission a new replacement Cooling Tower (CT2)

The existing Cooling Towers are Fibreglass in construction, and the new Cooling tower will be Stainless Steel in construction.

CDU will reserve the right to determine which Option it undertakes and will accept an offer accordingly

There is a mandatory briefing and site inspection for all prospective respondents - refer to the tender documentation.
