Expression of Interest Canteen for Tutu's on Tour Performance

⁠⁠⁠A call for expression of interest to all not for profit organisations that are able to provide canteen services for the Queensland Ballet's performance on Tuesday, 4 October 2016. The canteen will operate out of the kitchen at the Ernest Brock Room, Cultural Centre, Roma.

The following criteria apply:
* Able to provide and serve drinks and snacks for a crowd of up to 500 people. It is envisaged snacks to include chips, chocolate bars, biscuits/slices and small plates of sandwiches. Tea and coffee to be provided, as well as water, soft drink and alcoholic beverages (beer and wine only).
* Licensing required for responsible serving of alcohol.
* The doors will open at 7pm and the show will commence at 7.30pm. Canteen to be operational from 7pm and during a 20 minute intermission.
* All expenses and profits to be borne by the successful applicant.
