⁠⁠⁠Council invites suitably qualified and experienced contractors to submit a proposal for the design, supply, installation and operation of one (1) with option for a second (2) landfill gas (LFG) extraction and destruction system at Council's two landfills:
1. The Surf Beach Waste Management Facility, and
2. (optional) The Brou Waste Management Facility
