Lease of North Town Beach Kiosk

⁠⁠⁠Port Macquarie-Hastings Council is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably experienced businesses or persons for the lease and operation of North Town Beach Kiosk.

A non-mandatory site inspection and EOI briefing will be held at 10:00am on Wednesday 7th September 2016. Refer to EOI documents for more details.

EOIs should be submitted in accordance with instructions included in the information documents prior to the closing time and date of the EOI.

The onus rests on the respondent to ensure that the EOI is lodged in accordance with the above requirements. Submissions should be marked as follows:
EOI-16-03 Lease of North Town Beach Kiosk, Tender Box, Ground Floor, Port Macquarie-Hastings Council, Cnr Lord & Burrawan Street, Port Macquarie, NSW 2444.

Submissions will be received up until 11:00am on 15 September 2016. Council will not be bound to accept any or all of the submitted Expressions of Interest, or part thereof.
