All goods, materials and services must comply with the relevant Australian Standard.
“All tenderers must comply with the NSW Government Code of Practice for Procurement.”
This is a NSW Government funded project.
The provision of traffic control under the contract must be carried out by contractors registered with the Principal in Category G.
