Tender Description
UrbanGrowth NSW and Greenfields Development Corporation released this Expression of Interest on 29 July 2016 seeking residential builder interest to enter into Put & Call Option(s) to purchase one or more of 10 Sites totalling 72 Lots at Oran Park Town.

Submissions must be received by 3pm, Thursday 8 September 2016.
