Arts Centre Melbourne is the premier performing arts venue in the heart of the city's arts and entertainment precinct.
Arts Centre Melbourne seeks interest from companies for the provision of Cleaning and Associated Services. The sites involved include multi-story buildings, a multi-level car park, and their environs encompassing auditoria, restaurants, foyers, function rooms, support spaces and offices.
To be considered for the tender, contractors need to clearly demonstrate they have established and ongoing cleaning service contracts, within large highly dynamic publicly accessible spaces, buildings or complexes, that operate on a 24/7 basis. In addition, accreditation in the following areas is mandatory:
* Quality Management System
* Environmental Management System
* Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems
