The Works comprise the following and such other work as shown on the drawings or included in the specification.

Refurbishment to the male and female toilet/change rooms along the lower level Ground Floor “wet & dry corridor” including:
* Demolition and removal of existing facilities;
* Modifications, preparation and installation of new facilities;
* Make alterations to existing services to suit new design; and
* Any other works as shown on the drawings or included in this Specification.

Premises will be occupied during the currency of the Contract. The Contractor shall ensure that it causes minimal inconvenience and disturbance to the occupants.
