Tender Description
A key strategy under the NSW Government’s Mental Health Reform 2014 - 2024 is the My Choice:Pathways to Community Living Initiative (PCLI). This Initiative has been developed to transition long-stay (over 365 days) mental health patients into appropriate services in the community.
The Ministry of Health is seeking a suitably qualified organisation to undertake an evaluation of the Pathways to Community Living Initiative.
