Air Conditioning Upgrades at Riverina Water Administration Building

⁠⁠⁠Tenders are invited and will be received by Riverina Water County Council for the upgrade to the existing air conditioning system in the administration building.

While the existing units have sufficient capacity to meet the loads within the building, the lifecycle position of the units justify capital replacement. To ensure that the energy efficiency targets and the comfort requirements for the building are adequately addressed, the entire mechanical services for the offices are to be upgraded. The key design intent includes:
* Address the lifecycle position for the original building mechanical services.
* Improve the overall comfort capabilities of the mechanical services to address zoning requirements.
* Improve the visibility of the air conditioning unit control with centralised control and web access interface to the units.
