Tender Description
JCU has committed to establishing a prominent study centre in the Cairns CBD. The University will take up approximately 1,119 square metres of prime retail in 36 Shield Street.
You are invited to submit an expression of interest to provide Principal Contractor Services for this project. contract. This Expression of Interest (EOI) is the first stage of a two stage process comprising of EOI, and Request for Tender (RFT). Shortlisted proponents formally notified in writing will be invited to participate in stages 2.
