Tender Description
The City of Albany (the “Principal”), on behalf of the Albany Agricultural Society, is seeking to attract organisations that can assemble and manage the best design and construct team capable to respond to the EOI for Design and Construct – Albany Agricultural Society Sheds.
Feasible, viable and cost effective proposals from prospective Proponents (organisations or partnerships of organisations), demonstrating the necessary skills, with the aim of creating a series of sheds and commercial capability to deliver the project from its current concept phase through documentation and construction to completion.
