Tender Description
Experienced Contractors are invited to tender for Bathurst Street Park Field Upgrade Works. Work involves field tilling, levelling and grading; Installation of turf, field drainage, automated field irrigation; and associated miscellaneous works.
Tender closing time is at 4pm, on Thursday, 29 September 2016.
Tender documents are available from Council’s Customer Service Centre at the Merrylands office between 8am and 4.30pm on business days upon payment of a non-refundable fee of $20 for a CD Format for each tender.
The Merrylands office (Phone: 9840 9840) is located at 16 memorial Avenue, Merrylands. Tenderers are required to comply with the Local Government Tendering Regulation, 2005 and the NSW Government Code of Practice and Code of tendering. Formal tenders must be submitted. The tenders (in hard copy and electronic format) must be placed in a sealed envelope endorsed with the relevant tender Number and Description and either placed in the tender box located in the foyer on the ground floor of the Customer Service Centre, Merrylands or posted to the address shown below.
A site Inspection will be held at 10am on 20 September 2016.
Tenderers and members of the public are invited to attend the opening of tenders immediately after the closing time.
The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
