Provision of Commercial Lighting Replacement (Energy Efficiency Improvement Scheme) to ActewAGL Retail

The Energy Efficiency Improvement Scheme (EEIS) was established under the Energy Efficiency (Cost of Living) Improvement Act 2012. It requires ActewAGL Retail to achieve energy savings in households, small-to-medium businesses and commercial enterprises ("Business Customers").

Under the legislation, ActewAGL Retail plans to introduce commercial lighting replacement activities to its commercial enterprise Business Customers.

Accordingly, ActewAGL Retail wishes to partner with a preferred Tenderer who can deliver the commercial lighting replacements to commercial enterprise Business Customers as required, compliantly under the EEIS and relevant legislation.
