Tender Description
There is a requirement to carry out routine servicing and testing of residual current devices (RCDs) and emergency and exit lights and main earths to maintain equipment to a safe condition for government clients and to comply with Australian Standards.
Tenderers are advised to view the sites before tendering to better inform themselves of the conditions under which the works are to be carried out. No claims will be accepted on any request for a cost variation from any item, which in the opinion of the Superintendent would have been evident at the site visit.
