Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The work of the contract is detailed on the drawings and schedule, and includes the following:
* Construction of approx. 2095 m2 of Roadway / Car-park & Driveway pavement
* Construction of 270 m of Concrete Kerb 'type KC & BK'
* Construction of 223 m2 of Concrete Footpath
* Two Coat Spray Seal (Approx 3525 m2)
* Supply and installation of 116 m of DN300 `Profiled Wall Polyethylene' Stormwater pipe
* Supply and installation of 124 m of DN150 uPVC Sewerage pipe
* Supply and installation of six (6) DN1050 Benched Heavy Duty Manhole
* Supply and installation of three (3) Side Entry Pits
* General reinstatement.
* 6 month maintenance period.
