Tender Description
The project comprises a pipeline connecting the Amadeus Gas Pipeline (AGP) at the (existing) Warrego Compressor Station to the Carpentaria Gas Pipeline (CGP) at the (existing) Mica Creek metering facility with three (3) Main Line Valve (MLV) sites across the 622km pipeline inclusive of an intermediate scraper station.
The required facilities include a start of line Gas Treatment Facility with export compression at Warrego (Phillip Creek Compressor Station (PCCS)), and a compressor and delivery station near Mt Isa, inclusive of compression, metering, gas quality measurement, pressure regulation and filtration (Mt Isa Compressor Station (MICS)) (the Facilities). The Gas Treatment Equipment to be located PCCS includes a Mercury Removal Unit (MRU), Acid Gas Removal Unit (AGRU), Molecular Sieve Gas Dehydration Unit (GDU) and a cryogenic Nitrogen Rejection Unit (NRU). There will be four (4) turbine-driven compressor packages located at PCCS.
Jemena is seeking a Supplier who can design, fabricate and supply two (2) knockout vessels for the PCCS flare system.
System Description
High Pressure Knockout Drum
During a station blowdown event, the HP knockout drum will receive process gas from the high pressure systems piping systems within the plant, and shall remove any of the heavy hydrocarbons and water which may be entrained in the gas, prior to discharging to the station flare. Any liquids removed shall be pumped to the LP knockout drum. The expected design parameters for this vessel are as follows:

Low Pressure Knockout Drum
During a station blowdown event, the LP knockout drum will receive process gas from the low pressure systems piping systems within the plant, and shall remove any of the heavy hydrocarbons and water which may be entrained in the gas, prior to discharging to the station flare. The LP knockout drum is to incorporate a removable heating bundle. The expected design parameters for this vessel are as follows:

* Include provision for an electric heating element to be installed in the bottom of the vessel along with bundle supports inside the vessel
