Tender Description
Tenders are invited from suitably qualified builders for the construction of the Deco Housing development. The project consists of high quality medium density, sustainable housing in the centre of Denmark, at Lot 11, Mount Shadforth Road.
The units will be constructed from concrete slabs, timber framed walls and roofs with metal roofing and a mix of hempcrete (a light weight aerated concrete mix) and clad walls.
Forward works have already been completed on the site to provide a build ready site with compacted building pads and gravel road access.
