Stormwater System Rehabilitation Program.

Queanbeyan-Palerang regional Council is seeking to engage a contractor to work on stormwater rehabilitation services in Queanbeyan area. This rehabilitation services involve works such as CCTV analysis, stormwater pit inspections, stormwater relining, localised repair and other improvements to the stormwater network.

Interested contractors are required to register (see option below) to download the documents at no charge. Contract enquiries should be directed to Raji Ahm Rajiuzzaman via the online forum accessed on the portal.

A compulsory pre-tender briefing meeting will be held at 10.30am on Tuesday 16 August 2016, at Harry Hesse meeting room in R.B. Smith Building, 262 Crawford Street, Queanbeyan.

Completed submission should be lodged in the Electronic tender box (see option below) by the time and date nominated. All completed submissions lodged in the Electronic Tender Box MUST be in PDF format and submitted as ONE (1) complete document. Expressions of Interest that do not follow this requirement will be regarded as non-conforming Expressions of Interest and May Not be Accepted. The canvassing of Council Administrator / Councillors and/or staff members in relation to this matter will automatically disqualify the applicant from the process.

Respondents will receive a successful submission receipt timed and dated upon completion. Should assistance be required please use the online manual on the portal under Support/Online Manuals/Making a Submission, by contacting Tenderlink Customer Support on 1800-233-533.

Alternatively, responses can be submitted in a sealed envelope and endorsed with the tender title, contract number and closing date and placed in the Tender Box located at 256 Crawford street, Queanbeyan, NSW 2620, by the nominated time.

Closing date and time for tender submission is 2:00pm (NSW time) on Thursday 15th September 2016. Submissions must be fully received by this time.
