Invitation to Tender No. 29/2016:
5 Parramatta Square Archaeological & Heritage Salvage Works.
City of Parramatta Council is the owner of the 5 Parramatta Square development site and is currently undertaking procurement process to appoint suitable consultants to join the project team.
Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced consultants to undertake Archaeological and Heritage Salvage Works at 2 Civic Place and 184 Church Street, Parramatta NSW 2150, as part of the Parramatta Square redevelopment.
The Tender price is made up of fixed sums and a schedule of rates.
Note, there will be two (2) site inspections. Held on Wednesday 17 August 2016 and Thursday 18 August 2016, commencing at 10:00am, meeting a Council representative in front of the Parramatta Town Hall, 182 Church Street, Parramatta. Attendance at one (1) site inspection is compulsory.
A decision will be made on this Tender by late September 2016.
