To Lease and Operate the WJ Lang Memorial Olympic Pool, Located at 61 Alford Street, Kingaroy

⁠⁠⁠Tenders are being called for appropriately qualified and experienced pool managers and operators to enter into a lease with South Burnett Shire Council to manage and operate the WJ Lang Memorial Olympic Pool, located at 61 Alford Street, Kingaroy.

The lease provides the successful Tenderer with an exciting and rewarding opportunity to manage and operate a community recreational facility in a vibrant regional centre.

The pool complex offers a fantastic business prospect with established beach volleyball court, Learn to Swim classes, and local swim club, with potential for growth for the successful Tender to devise new and exciting events and services.

The successful Tenderer will also demonstrate a commitment to safety, and the promotion, presentation, and maintenance of the facility.

Council’s expectations are outlined in the terms and conditions of the Lease as detailed in Part 5 of this Request for Tenders.
