Control / Switchroom Buildings

⁠⁠⁠Project Background:
The project comprises a pipeline connecting the Amadeus pipeline at the (existing) Warrego Compressor Station to the Carpentaria Gas Pipeline (CGP) at the (existing) Mica Creek metering facility with three (3) main line valve (MLV) sites across the 622km pipeline inclusive of an intermediate scraper station.

The required facilities include a start of line Gas Treatment Facility with export compression at Warrego (Phillip Creek Compressor Station (PCCS)), and a compressor and delivery station near Mt Isa, inclusive of compression, metering, gas quality measurement, pressure regulation and filtration (Mt Isa Compressor Station (MICS)) (the Facilities).

Jemena is seeking a Vendor to supply two (2) control room buildings for the Facilities. The intent of the control room buildings is to house critical electrical equipment such as a Motor Control Centre, power supplies, distribution boards, UPSs and control panels. The control building scope includes design, procurement, manufacturing, assembly (including integration of Free-Issued Equipment), testing and delivery.

Jemena is seeking a Supplier to complete the following:
* Design and supply control room buildings;
 * Buildings shall be weather, water and vermin-proof;
 * Buildings shall be designed for transportation and lifting;
 * Fit out of control rooms with Jemena free-issued equipment and inter panel cabling as per control room/switchroom cable schedule;
 * Air conditioning and ventilation designed for equipment heat dissipation and site ambient conditions;
 * Fire detection and suppression system, VESDA; and,
 * Fan integrity testing (at Site);

* Compliance to Jemena structural, electrical and painting specifications;
* Compliance to AS 3959 for bushfire resistance as applicable;
* Compliance to Building Code of Australia (BCA);
* Provide all technical and quality documentation pertaining to the manufacture, assembly and testing of the control room buildings;
* Supply a comprehensive Manufacturers Data Report
* Supply of Installation & Operations Manuals for the Supplier Provided equipment;
* Deliver control room buildings to remote Northern Territory and Queensland site locations; and
* Evidence of ISO 9001 accreditation for the manufacturer and local representative organization/distributor/supplier.
