Tenders are invited and will be received up to 2pm Tuesday 23 August 2016 from experienced contractors to carry out works in Kingsbury Reserve, Kingsgrove NSW 2208.

The work will include construction of a new drainage pit, trenching for pits and pipes, construction of a bioretention system, landscaping and community notification.

Contractors will be required to have experience in this type of construction works and demonstrate financial and management capability.

Envelopes containing tenders are to be endorsed "Tender No. 50/2016 - Construction of Bioretention System - Kingsbury Reserve" and must be placed in the Tender Box located on the ground floor of our administration centre, 137 Beamish Street, Campsie. The onus rests with the tenderer or their representative to ensure that the tender is placed in the Tender Box by the due time. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. All tenderers must comply with the New South Wales Government Code of Practice for the Construction Industry.
