Tender Description

VenuesWest seeks to appoint a creative agency to assist the Perth Stadium State Project Team develop, manage and implement a communications education awareness campaign, together with associated advertising, and publicity materials that informs and drives the behaviour of the general public to take up the various transport and access options to Perth Stadium on event and non-event days ahead of the venue opening in early 2018.

The successful Respondent will be required to develop the communications strategy in consultation with stakeholders, provide creative direction, provide strategic advertising and creative advice, identify target audiences, prepare marketing and publicity materials, engage with the contracted media planning agency to deliver the campaign and demonstrate its effectiveness from a media perspective. A research agency has been engaged to evaluate the campaign effectiveness with consumers and the baseline study will be provided to the successful Respondent.

It is anticipated the campaign will be delivered to audiences in the Perth Metropolitan area and regional Western Australia from around early-2017 to early 2018, exact timing to be agreed with the successful Respondent.

The successful Respondent will be required to provide creative advertising, production and related services for the following anticipated phases of the media campaign:
* Phase 1 - Campaign Strategy Development;
* Phase 2 - Campaign Production and Management; and
* Phase 3 - Campaign Effectiveness Reporting.
