HVAC and BMS Operation and Maintenance

⁠⁠⁠Fremantle Hospital which forms part of South Metropolitan Health Service (SMHS) invites offers for the provision of planned and preventative maintenance of the Heating, Ventilation Air-conditioning and Cooling (HVAC) and Building Management System (BMS) that service the Fremantle Hospital & Health Service (FHHS).

This includes but not limited to:
* The supervision, adjustment and a maintenance aspect of the Heating, Ventilation Air-conditioning and Cooling (HVAC) system controlled by the Building Management System (BMS); and
* All inclusive maintenance of the Building Management System (BMS) used in the control and monitoring of all HVAC equipment as well as any other equipment monitored or connected to the BMS in accordance with this scope.

The main components of the HVAC system as listed in “Appendix 1- Asset List” comprises of air handling units(AHU’s), fans, variable speed drives (VSD’s), heat exchangers, hot water systems, cooling towers, field equipment instruments (pressure and temperature transmitters, actuators & control valves) as supplied by various industry manufacturers at the sites in various locations.
