Asquith Terrace Sewer Renewal

⁠⁠⁠The supply and installation of 142m of 160mm diameter PE100 SDR17 pipe gravity sewer from the edge of the Coolidge Street road reserve footpath, through private properties 23 to 35 Asquith Terrace, and into Prince of Wales Park. A combination of open trenching (78m length) and pipe bursting (64m length) is the specified installation methodology.

Reconnection of existing private laterals including total 12m length of new private lateral extensions by open trench 100mm dia PVC laterals is also required. Construction of some new manholes/cleaning eyes, and review and recommendation of replacement or repair of some existing manholes, is also required.
