Tender for Engagement of Lead Real Estate Agent

⁠⁠⁠CHC is seeking proposals from suitably qualified real estate agents to act as the lead agent to manage the sale of its landholdings situated near Dunedoo in the central west of NSW, totalling approximately 44,000 hectares.

Proponents must have the resources, expertise, experience and financial capacity required to manage the sale of the land which comprises a mix of agricultural land (grazing and cropping), lifestyle blocks and native vegetation.

Parties wishing to tender are directed to the CHC E-Tender Portal.

Selection criteria and tender information will be accessible following registration on the portal. Questions should be placed on the forum of the E-Tender portal.

The closing time for the receipt of tenders is 4.00 pm on 23 August 2016.
