Tender Description
UrbanGrowth NSW, on behalf of GDC and the Oran Park Town Project, seeks expressions of interest from licensed builders with suitable experience and capacity and a demonstrable commitment to the delivery of the Project to submit expressions of interest to take Put & Call Options (‘P&C Options’) over grouped lots (e.g.: Site 1 through Site 10) located in ‘Tranche 7’ of the Oran Park Town development.
Through the P&C Options, builders will have the opportunity to promote House and Land Packages, involving the sale of the land and dwelling via split contracts.
